If he doesn't want to play for West Ham then he wont sign, it's as simple as that. If he does sign then it means he wants to play for West Ham, we're just not his first choice, nothing wrong with that, he's a top quality striker.
Just cos we're not his first choice doesn't mean he doesn't want to play for us...time will tell, if he stands by his 48hrs commitment we will know by tonight...don't go to bed!

hmmm, now let me think, a proven goal scorerer in his prime with a bundle of European experience who has the audacity to prefer to play for a team in the CL rather than the EL and wants to see if there are other CL options available before he makes his final decision.
Ok he wasn't our 1st choice, but neither was Slav and look how that turned out.
This will be a quality signing, there's no 2 ways about it, and for that reason it's a big YES from me
